These terms apply to use of the KAIZO website and purchases made through it. Product-specific information shown at checkout also forms part of the order information.

2. Products and images

We try to describe products, colours, dimensions and images accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Product availability can change.

3. Prices and orders

Prices and delivery charges are shown before an order is completed. An order is accepted when KAIZO confirms acceptance. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, KAIZO may contact the customer before fulfilment.

4. Vehicle compatibility

The vehicle finder is a guide based on vehicle information stored by KAIZO. It is not a guarantee that a decal will suit every individual vehicle, modification, surface or installation location.

5. Installation

Customers are responsible for choosing an appropriate surface and following application instructions supplied with the product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Returns and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. See the Returns page for the return process.

7. Intellectual property

KAIZO branding, original artwork, website content and other protected material belong to KAIZO or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

8. Website use

The website must not be used to interfere with the service, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or misuse customer or store information.

9. Changes

KAIZO may update website content, product availability and these terms from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed is the relevant version for that order, subject to applicable law.
