Dispatch

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch after an order has been accepted. Dispatch timing can vary during launches, weekends, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

The shipping price shown at checkout is the price that applies to the order. Any free-shipping threshold offered by KAIZO will be shown by the store.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact KAIZO as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delays

Carrier delays can happen. If an order appears delayed or lost, contact KAIZO with your order details so the delivery can be checked.

International orders

If international delivery is offered, applicable taxes, duties or import charges will be explained at checkout or in the delivery information.
